COMPUTING HELP FOR FACULTY AND STAFF
Help from your Division/College's Computer Consultant
Most divisions and all colleges have computer consultants assigned to them. Contact these consultants first when you need help since they will be most familiar with your specific college or division equipment and software. Faculty and Staff Computing Help Lines
Instructional Technology Services provides computer help desk support for faculty and staff working in their offices or from home. The lines are staffed by consultants Monday through Thursday from 7:30am - 6pm and Friday from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm during semesters and from 7:30am - 4:30pm during the summer and semester breaks. Callers may leave a message at other times and one of the consultants will return the call as soon as possible.

Faculty Room
The Faculty Room is a self serve facility for the exclusive use of faculty and staff in the preparation of materials for use in classroom instruction, professional presentations, and non-funded research and publication. There is always a computer consultant available to assist you to use the room's equipment and software. Equipment includes: PC and Macintosh computers, 1200 dpi and duplex black and white laser printers, color laser printers, scanners, and computer-to-35mm slide film recorders. The Faculty Room is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, and Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm during the semester. During the semester breaks the hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
