There is an issue printing transcripts from WebPortal on the public printers. Students need to use IE, not Firefox. There is a font disconnect between Firefox and the public printers, so the pages come out with nonsense characters. When a student comes to complain about this, print the transcript out on the reference desk printer for them. We do not have printing issues at the ref desk. IDT is looking for a solution.

Printing from the Ref Desk

Printing to the the public printers is now available from all reference desk computers. Look for the printers labeled "pita."
