PICKING UP PHONE MESSAGES FROM THE REFERENCE DESK

At the beginning of every hour, the library assistant or one of the librarians should check for messages. To do so requires quite a convoluted method:

  1. Dial 47444
  2. Press #
  3. Enter 46728
  4. Enter the password (see clipboard or password file at reference desk)
  5. Listen for messages and answer them if needed.
