HONORS STUDY ROOM

The Honors Study Room (LL 428A) is located near the elevators on the 4th floor of Love Library.

Honors students may enter this room using their Red ID card. At the beginning of the academic year, Honor students' Red ID cards are activated for entry into the Honors Study Room. See Bruce Harley for more details, or contact the Honors Program at http://dus.sdsu.edu/honors/

If students are having trouble getting their RedID to work, have them email the Honors Account (honors@mail.sdsu.edu).

PRINTING

To print black & white, print job(s) are sent to print stations in the Student Computing Center (SCC) on the 2nd floor. These are identified as "scc_pay_hq" in the Honors Study Room computers' print windows. The cost is 10 cents per page.

To print color, file(s) are brought to the SCC Helpdesk on a USB drive or saved to the Teak Temp folder on an Honors Study Room computer. The SCC Helpdesk student assistant will open the file and send it to the color printer. This is how color printing works for everyone in the SCC. The cost is 65 cents per page.

To print a transparency, the procedure is the same as for color. The cost is $1.10 per page.

Due to administrative, maintenance, and security reasons, there is no printer in the Honors Study Room
