Study Rooms

Rooms 417, 418, 442, and 443 on the 4th floor of Love Library are the Student Disability Services Study Rooms. The key must be obtained from the 24/7 Study Area desk. The students who use these rooms must be on a list of authorized users (provided by Student Disability Services) before they will be given a key.

Software

Kurzweil 3000 is the comprehensive reading, writing and learning software solution for any struggling reader, including individuals with learning difficulties, such as dyslexia, attention deficit disorder or those who are English Language Learners. Student Disability Services has provided the library copies of the software and it is now installed on four (4) computers in the 24/7 Study Area; TFS212, TFS213, TFS312, and TFS313. Signs saying, "Priority Given to Individuals with Disabilities" are attached to the monitors. Student Disability Services has purchased a network version of Kurzweil 3000 which will eventually allow access to the program from any computer in the SCC or 24/7 Study Area.
